Stella May Contracting, Inc. is a SBA 8(a) and WOSB Minority Construction Firm located in the Mid-Atlantic region. We have the capability to perform as a prime contractor and to self perform the major elements of construction projects. We use Primavera Suretrak to ensure completion and control of projects from beginning to end. Stella May Contracting has in place a Corporate Safety Program, Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Plan and Quality Control Plan which is used on all projects. Our Organization has the working knowledge of essential tasks, has established relationships with subcontractors/owners and we have the skilled personnel to complete projects on time and in budget. We have the capability to network satellite offices and to download specs and drawings from government agencies from the internet.
