Project Description:

In September 2001, P. Flanigan & Sons, Inc. awarded Stella May Contracting, Inc. the
subcontract for the Pier A Airfield Improvements. This project was a multi-phase, 3-year
subcontract. During this multi-phase project, Stella May Contracting, Inc. performed demolition,
grading, furnished and installed components for Storm Drains, Trench Drains, Sanitary Sewer
Lines, Glycol Collection and High Temperature Hot Water and Chilled Water Systems, including
piping, manholes, structures, oil water separators, diversion vaults and start up operations
on an active airfield.
