Project Description:

In April 2006, the Department of the Army Corps of Engineers awarded Stella May Contracting, Inc. the contract for providing equipment and operating personnel for (30) working days at the Wilmington Harbor South Containment Facility in Wilmington, Delaware. The project consisted of (5) Cat 330 (or equivalent) wide track excavators, with mats, and (5) D6 LG Dozers with operators. Stella May Contracting, Inc. provided the equipment and operators for a total of (30) working days each, under the direction of the Corp of Engineers, John Carpentor. The purpose of this project was to move previously dredged materials onto a new berm surrounding the disposal site. |
