Stella May Contracting, Inc. has in-house personnel that uses Primavera Suretrak
Software to schedule construction projects. Stella May Contracting personnel meet
with the project superintendent and project manager to develop the logic, calendars,
updates, cost loading, resource loading, written narratives and submit to the owner
for approval. Stella May Contracting, Inc. schedules are updated regularly.
Each project is combined into our global schedule to allow monitoring.
This monitoring allows us to see global demands for resources and assignment requirements.
Stella May Contracting, Inc. also uses the services of a professional scheduling firm
to assist with projects that require Primavera P3 as the specified project schedule.
Both Stella May Contracting, Inc. and the professional scheduling firm meet to discuss
project logic, calendars, cost loading, written narratives, and schedule updates.
The scheduling firm is available to assist Stella May Contracting, Inc. with any
issues that Stella May Contracting, Inc. encounters while using Primavera Suretrak.
