Since 1995 when Stella May was incorporated, it has been serving the heavy civil construction and critical infrastructure industries that provide essential services for the public. From 1995 to 2017, the client base included General Contractors, Airports, Federal, State and Local Government, and Water Utility Providers. During these years Stella May established a strong presence in these industries that underpin public goods and economic stability.
In 2017, the company strategically expanded its client base to include Energy Utility Providers, to further strengthen its position in economically resilient industries.

This location allows easy access to major transportation corridors like Interstate 95 and regional hubs, that enable efficient project delivery resource deployment across multiple states.
Historically, our core market has centered on Maryland, Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia, and Delaware, where we have established strong relationships and a reputation for delivering high-quality projects. These areas remain the foundation of our operations, supported by local expertise and a deep understanding of regional regulations and client needs.
As a result have built a scalable company, we have service clients beyond our core markets. Our traveling crews have successfully completed projects Southern and Midwestern United States and have traveled as far as Florida. Our ability to mobilize quickly and maintain our high standard of performance and safety has positioned Stella May as a trusted partner for clients with multi-state operations.
