2026 Theme: “Listen and Speak Up”

This Spring our CEO, Harley Flack reminded us that we are empowered to Speak Up if we see anything that remotely appears or seems unsafe, and also reminded us to listen and pay attention. We are empowering every single employee—from our newest laborers to our most seasoned foremen—to address potential risks the moment they see them.
