Process Improvement and Strategic Planning
We see growth and improvement as the result of operating Stella May as effectively and efficiently as possible during each season of the company. We approach management of the company with a simple and effective process improvement methodology, DMAIC, which was developed by through Lean Six Sigma. We use the five phases Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control (DMAIC) to identify the root cause of inefficiencies and develop actionable steps that will lead to measurable results. We use this process together with our structured corporate communication plan to manage our strategic initiatives.
