My favorite part of working at Stella May Contracting is the incredible support that’s always available to help get the job done right. When I was out in the field, I never had to chase down PPE or tools—SMC made sure we had everything we needed to work efficiently and, most importantly, safely. If anyone needed extra training—whether during work hours or after—there was always someone willing to step in and make sure you understood the task and how to do it properly. That same level of support continued even after I transitioned into an office role. I truly couldn’t ask for a more dedicated and supportive team.

I have never worked for a company that cares so much for its employees. We have an HR department that will help in any aspect or issue. I have never been with a company that sends one of the HR members out to the job sites daily to ask team members is there anything the company can do to help them in the field. Our company is like extended family. We Build it to Serve and to Shine.
Why come to work at Stella May Contracting? Opportunities are endless at Stella May. If you want a company to learn from, SMC is a great company to do that with. Growth from within is encouraged and as we are growing, SMC continues to put safety and family first.
